In the case of an order, a purchase agreement is only concluded when sovmer has confirmed the order by means of an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated in our database without manual review. The agreement is archived at sovmer. We only enter into contracts with adults or minors with the consent of the guardian.

Payment options

Klarna payment option is used. Invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment via bank.
Unclaimed items will be charged! Cost 199:-

Prices:
sovmer lists prices including VAT at 6%, 12% or 25% – depending on the item being purchased.

Handling/invoice fee:

Orders may be subject to a handling fee. The amount depends on the payment method used and is indicated at the checkout, before the purchase is finalized.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are shown in the vicinity of each product. sovmer’s products are now delivered completely free of shipping costs for customers.

Credit information

If you pay directly by credit card, there is no credit check on the website. If you choose to pay by invoice, the usual credit check takes place before the purchase goes through / is approved in Sovmer’s webshop. The credit check is automatic, no specific credit request is registered. For invoice purchases to be approved for you as a private individual, you must not have any registered payment defaults and your declared annual income must reach a certain level. The credit information is handled by Klarna.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time for stocked items is for most items 2-6 working days, after we have received your order. Deviations may occur but will be announced on the website (via package search at DHL), via your order confirmation or by sovmer contacting you by phone or email. You have the right to cancel your purchase or change your order, contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase. Longer delivery times, for items that are back-ordered in local stock, will be communicated via the website.

Mode of delivery

Sovmer.se delivers with DHL, but may also use other logistics partners.

Notification (SMS and email)

Upon ordering, a notification of delivery will be sent out, either by SMS or e-mail. To redeem your order, bring your mobile phone to the agent, show the SMS notification and a valid ID.
ATTENTION! If you provide your mobile phone number, you will only be notified by SMS and email (no notification letter will be sent to your home). Today, most notifications are made in this way and in this way we all contribute to a better environment.

Letter notification

Agents will send you a postal notice to your postal address, please take the notice to the designated agent to collect your order.

Delay in delivery

If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you via the customer portal, the order confirmation or by sovmer contacting you via email or on your phone. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays, contact us as soon as possible if you feel that your order has been late. sovmer always works to try to solve the problem in the best possible way for the customer. However, there may be special circumstances that make it impossible for us to fulfill and deliver your order, for example if our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive any compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Split order

Should any of the items you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other items, we can in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the agreed initial freight.

Transportation risks

sovmer bears the transportation risk i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. If a product is damaged upon delivery/receipt, the customer must immediately contact customer service at info@sovmer.se and not unpack the product if the packaging is damaged. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by return shipping if the customer has chosen to return a product because, for example regretted their purchase.

Untriggered orders

For all undelivered parcels, sovmer charges the customer a fee of SEK 199 (in addition to the return/handling cost), larger deliveries may be charged a higher amount. The fee corresponds to the actual costs of return shipping, handling and handling.

Guarantee

sovmer sells products with a 3-year warranty. Save the invoice or receipt for possible future use of warranty and complaint rights (in the case of partial payment, the delivery note must be saved). Warranty claims are best registered via the customer portal form.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – Try it for 30 days

When the customer tries the pillow at home, it is important to use a pillowcase or other protection to keep the pillow clean and protected from stains or unwanted odors. This ensures that the cushion remains in good condition and is ready for a possible return.

If the customer chooses to use the customer satisfaction guarantee, sovmer’s customer service should always be contacted – then send an email to info@sovmer.se. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the pillow to us. It is important that you choose a safe and reliable delivery method to ensure that the pillow reaches us in good condition.

When the pillow is returned to Sovmer, our staff will carefully go through the pillow and inspect it. The pillow is expected to be clean and fresh, without stains or unpleasant odors.

After the cushion has been inspected and approved by our staff, we will refund the money for the cushion. This happens once we have approved the pillow and verified that it meets all the requirements for return and refund under our Satisfied Customer Guarantee terms.

By following these terms and security measures, you as a customer can feel confident that your return process will be handled smoothly and efficiently, and that you will receive your refund in accordance with our customer satisfaction guarantee terms.

All returns will be charged a handling/return fee of SEK 249.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the entire Sovmer range. The product must not be unpacked (packaging must not be broken or used (seals must be intact). The days of the right of withdrawal start to count from the day you receive/redeem the goods. If you change your mind, you are responsible for the costs of return and handling. To request a return, please contact us at info@sovmer.se. If you regret your purchase before the delivery has left our warehouse, there is a limited possibility of stopping the delivery, as many steps in our order processing are automatic. You still have full right of withdrawal – however, the shipping cost back to us will not be credited. All returns are subject to a handling/return fee of SEK 249.

Note! Never send shipments to us on your own using transportation methods left with agents. We are not able to redeem these.

Bytes

In the event of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The entire order will be credited when the return arrives at our warehouse. A new order needs to be created for the desired product. The product must be unused for the exchange to be accepted, i.e. the packaging must be unbroken.
A return and handling fee of SEK 249 will be charged to the customer for the return.

Complaints

In case of complaints, regardless of type, sovmer’s customer service should always be contacted – then send an email to info@sovmer.se. Return handling/procedure may vary depending on the product the customer wishes to return or exchange. Returns and complaints are made by filling in the return form on the website.

Refunds

Ev. refunds are made directly back to your credit card. If you have paid by other means, your money will be transferred to your bank account, personal account or bank giro account, or, in the third instance, via a refund slip. The refund will normally be made within 10 working days after we have received and accepted your return.
