Product warranty conditions:

At Sovmer, we want to give our customers the best experience we can. This of course includes protecting your purchase of our talalay pillow Strömsund for up to 10 years, under the following conditions:

Sovmer's 10-year warranty covers a defective Strömsund pillow that is the result of a manufacturing defect or defective workmanship/material. In addition, Sovmer's warranty covers damage to natural latex on the pillow that has occurred despite proper use and handling. The warranty is valid from the date you receive your new Strömsund pillow and is valid for the first 10 years of use. This means that if the mentioned problems have been previously raised with Sovmer via our support email (info@sovmer.se) within 10 years of receipt of the product, the product will be replaced at Sovmer's own arbitrariness.

This guarantee is not transferable to other products or consumers. Thus, only the original purchaser of the product is entitled to any warranty covered by Sovmer. The warranty only applies to Strömsund customers who use the product for their own purposes. If the product is resold to a secondary consumer by the original owner, Sovmer will not be held responsible for any damage to the product, whether through normal use or otherwise. To submit a warranty claim, Sovmer may require the consumer to provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase of the product. If the proof of purchase and/or the original legal proof is lost within the 10-year period, Sovmer is not responsible for replacing the product.

This warranty only applies to the Strömsund pillow sold in Sweden. The warranty only applies to products that are defective despite normal use in the home.

In addition, any cracks that occur in natural latex despite proper use and handling are covered by the warranty within a 10-year period. It is for Sovmer to determine whether such damage is reasonably the result of normal use and/or manufacturing defects.

Sovmer has the right to request proof of damage together with the application of the guarantee. This evidence may include, but is not limited to, photos of the damage in such a way that there is little or no reasonable doubt about the extent of the damage. The guarantee does not apply if Sovmer establishes that the damage is the result of abuse or neglect. Thus, Sovmer must reasonably make such an assessment if damage such as, but not limited to, odor, burns, cuts, infestation or bodily fluids are present at the time of the application of the warranty.

If the warranty claim is accepted, Sovmer will replace the product free of charge to the original purchaser. Sovmer will not repair the old product in any way. The product will be replaced with the same model (as long as this model is still in production) and no upgrades will be made/offered.

Shipping of the new cushion is the responsibility of Sovmer, while the transportation of the old product is the responsibility of the original buyer.
